I do not need to go anywhere
to be happy, or at peace.
I do not need to do something special
to be fulfilled,
or worthwhile,
or wise.
I do not need to read an
important book,
or listen to an important teacher
to know the Truth.
All I need to do is to be still
– and know that I am the ineffable Being,
birthless, deathless,
and changeless,
knowing not blemish or sin,
that I have been seeking
my whole life long.
