Thank you so much for these beautiful words Ingrid. Yes indeed. Stillness and peace. The foundations for a truly happy life. A little phrase that came to mind this morning was:"A peaceful heart is a happy heart." I think a peaceful heart is what the Creator intended for us.

How could we, how could I, ever have forgotten in a moment that vibrant, serene place of Being, eternally present at our very Core? It has always been the one constant in our lives, as you so beautifully expressed in this blog.

It strikes me that there has been up until now an unfortunate loss of memory, amnesia, about who I AM, really. We have been taught to focus on the outer world of form rather than on the inner spring of Being. We have learned to evaluate ourselves and others based on...what?...arbitrary guidelines upon which groups have agreed. In the process,we have relied on measuring, analysis and comparison--in short, judgment. Sound familiar? And what about the entreaty, "Thou shalt not judge"??

How much simpler to switch polarities--instead of allowing the world of form to be primary in our consciousness, we can choose to make the truth of our Being our primary residence. From that space, we can express what is needed into the world of form, based on the impulse of Spirit, rather than on arbitrary pre-determinations....sometimes called, 'agendas.'In that dwelling place reside stillness and peace, the only true foundations for creative living, as Life has taught me in so many ways.

I am so thankful to share in this truth with you and others. I forgive myself the transgressions of forgetting who I AM at the core and celebrate the journey of rediscovery, ever deeper, ever fuller, through personal characteristics and forms exactly as they now are. Thus we bless the world close in and further afield with a simple but powerful shift in consciousness.
